A Movie Already Running Three minutes in. That's all it took for Runner to make its intentions clear: this is not here to whisper. Scott Waugh directs with the impatience of a man checking the clock while the room burns, pushing Alan Ritchson and Owen Wilson into motion before the film has time to become precious. I like that nerve.
